Ingrediente :

  • 12 linguri lapte praf degresat
  • steverit sau alt indulcitor dupa gust
  • 2 lingurite cacao degresata – tolerat
  • esenta de visine pentru partea alba, de rom pentru partea neagra
  • apa fiarta / lapte cat cuprinde
  1. Am amestecat laptele praf + indulcitor + esentade visine + cate o lingura de apa fierbinte pana a iesit o pasta curgatoare dar nu foarte fluida
  2. Se lasa ~ 5 min daca se intareste se mai adauga apa fierbinte
  3. In forme am pus cate o lingurita din compozitie
  4. In restul compozitiei se adauga cacao si aceasta se adauga deasupra celei albe din forme
  5. Am dat la congelator, dupa o ora se putea servi
