Ingrediente

  • 4 oua
  • 150 gr branza degresata
  • SlimSugar/ alt indulcitor dupa gust
  • 350 gr iaurta grecesc degresat
  • 3 linguri tarate de ovaz ( in Croaziera 4)
  • 2 linguri tarate de grau
  • 1 lingura drojdie inactiva
  • 1 pachet Shirataki di konjac – scurtate cu foarfeca de bucatarie
  •  esente aroma de unt,  vanilie, razatura de lamaie
  • 2 lingurite praf de copt
  • 2 pliculete ness pentru presarat deasupra
  1. Branza, iaurtul, taratele, drojdia inactiva, Shirataki , indulcitorul si aromele se amesteca intr-un bol cu cele 4 galbenusuri si cu albusurile batute spuma + praful de copt
  2. Compozitia am pus-o in forme de briose , le-am dat la copt pentru 30min la 160gr( foc mediu )
    Mi-au rezultat 24buc , oare ajung pentru 2 zile ?
