Umplutura

  • 1 plic budinca de cocos – tolerat
  • 500ml lapte degresat
  • eritrit / alt indulcitor dupa gust
  • goji
  1. Mai intai am amestecat branza degresata + galbenusuri + taratele + cacao + aroma de unt + esenta de rom + cacao.
  2. Le-am lasat deoparte si am facut budinca conf instructiunilor, cand era fierbinte am adaugat si goji, am dat-o la rece
  3. Cand a fost budinca rece am mixat albusurile, in compozitia cu tarate am amestecat praful de copt si apoi albusurile
    incet, cu o paleta
  4. In forme de silicon am pus cate o lingura de umplutura cu tarate si o lingurita de budinca si deasupra inca o jumatate de lingura de umplutura cu tarate
  5. Le-am dat la copt in cuptorul preancalzit si intr-o jumamate de ora au fost gata
    Sant pufoase,satioase se mananca cu placere !
