  • 500 gr branza degresata
  • 3 oua
  • steverit / alt indulcitor dupa gust
  • 3 linguri lapte praf degresat
  • 2 linguri tarate de psylium
  • 1 lingura faina de soia sau amidon – tolerat 
  • 5 linguri gluten
  • esente aroma de unt, cozonac,  vanilie, aroma de portocala
  • aprox 200 gr iaurt 0,1%
  • goji( pe care eu am uitat sa le pun)
  • 2 lingurite praf de copt
  1. Intr-un bol se amesteca toate ingredientele,se dau la rece cel putin o ora.Aluatul va fi putin moale,asa incat se poate pune fie in recipiente de silicon asa cum le-am pus eu,fie intr-o tava de cozonac/chec

Sant pufoase,nu sant gumoase
Se pot face si sarate eliminand indulcitorul si esentele si adaugand putina sare
