Budinca cu Shirataki fara tolerate

Ingrediente:

  • 1 pachet paste Shirataki di konjac
  • 3 oua intregi
  • 500gr branza degresata
  • indulcitor dupa gust
  • 3 linguri tarate de ovaz
  • 2 linguri tarate de grau
  • 1 lingura goji
  • razatura de lamaie, aroma de unt
Pastele se clatesc bine in strecuratoare, dupa ce s-au scurs se scurteaza cu foarfeca de bucatarie sau cutitul se amesteca cu celelalte ingrediente, se toarna compozitia intr-o forma, se da la cuptor
Satioasa, foarte buna si consumata cu contiinta impacata ca nu consumam si tolerate…cel putin astazi daca santem la Croaziera dar se poate consuma si in Atac !
