  • 1 cutie shirataki di konjac ( taiate cu o foarfeca de bucatarie sau cu un cutit)
  • 500gr dovleac ras ( am avut in congelator gata ras )
  • steverit sau alt indulcitor dupa gust
  • esente de vanilie si de portocala, scortisoara pudra
  • 2 lingurite praf de copt
  1. Se amesteca toate ingredientele cu galbenusurile, albusurile se bat spuma si se adauga la sfarsit incet, amestecand de jos in sus
  2. Compozitia am turnat-o intr-o forma de yenna si …la copt unde a stat ~ 40min la foc moderat spre minim (160gr)
