Icre cu gelatina

Aveam pofta de icre…de obicei le pun la desarat de dimineata pana seara dar acum le-am facut asa cum erau, n-au fost tocmai sarate iar in combinatie cu rosii, ardei, ceapa au fost tocmai bune

Ingrediente :

  • 5ogr icre de crap
  • 50gr icre de hering
  • 1 ou
  • 1 lingura ulei de masline
  • suc de lamaie
  • 200gr quark
  • 1 pachetel de gelatina pudra
  1. Intr-un bol le-am pus pe toate si am amestecat cu blenderul vertical ~ 10min pana s-a intarit cat de cat compozitia dar nu indeajuns asa incat am pus un pachetel de gelatina la hidratat si pe urma la lichefiat ( Cristina Pana are o reteta
    asemanatoare), la sfarsit am adaugat si ceapa taiata marunt si am dat la rece
    Dupa o jumatate de ora se putea orna si consuma
