Cantitatea de gluten variaza in functie de cat de scursa este branza.Important sa iasa un aluat ca de paine, sa poata fi lucrat
Aluatul l-am lasat la rece o jumatate de ora dupa care l-am modelat, covrigeii i-am uns cu galbenus amestecat cu putin lapte, am presarat mac si sare
