Eu l-am facut din 500 gr faina framantat si dospit la masina de paine

Aluat

  • 500 gr faina
  • 100 gr zahar
  • 4 galbenusuri
  • 100 gr unt 82%
  • un praf de sare
  • razatura de lamâie si portocala
  • esenta de vanilie si rom
  • 165 ml lapte
  • 80 ml lapte batut
  • 25 gr drojdie proaspata

Umplutura 

  • 500gr nuca macinata + o mana nemacinate
  • 4 albusuri batute spuma
  • 2 linguri cacao
  • 200gr rahat
  • stafide
  • esente de vanilie si rom
