Spirale si covrigi cu dovleac

  • 100gr dovleac copt
  • 200gr branza degresata
  • 1 ou
  • steverit sau alt indulcitor dupa gust
  • 2 lingurite drojdie uscata
  • condimente pentru turta dulce
  • goji
  • 2 linguri tarate de ovaz
  • 2 linguri tarate de psyllium
  • o lingurita rasa faina de konjac
  • 2 linguri gluten

Toate ingredientele se amesteca pana formeaza un aluat compact
Se infoliaza si se lasa la dospit ~ 30min apoi se formeaza (cu mana putin unsa din cand in cand cu ulei de masline nu trebuie mai mult de cateva puf-uri ) spirale, covrigei sau ce inspiratie va vine pe monent
Se dau la cuptorul preancalzit la foc mediu (160gr) si in ~ 30min sant gata
Sant pufoase/pufosi si foarte buni
Spor la treaba si pofta buna !
