Briose cu sprot afumat

Fara tarate de ovaz, bune si in atac , de luat la pachet sau ca si gustare

Ingerdiente :

  • 1 ou
  • 250 gr branza degresata
  • 150 gr iaurt
  • 1 lingurita rasa faina de konjac
  • 1 lingurat tarate de grau
  • 1 lingura fulgi de drojdie inactiva
  • 1 lingura tarate de psyllium
  • 1 lingura drojdie uscata
  • piper dupa gust
  • sare nu mai este necesar
  • 200 gr sprot afumat
  • patrunjel verde
  1. Intai am curatat sprotul de capete si codite, patrunjelul tocat, am pus blenderul vertical un pic cat sa se faca o pasta
  2. In pasta am adugat ingredientele de mai sus
  3. Dupa ce le-am lasat 30 min sa se odibneaca am pus compozitia in diverse forme de briose si pe hartia de copt
  4. Le-am dat la cuptor la 160 gr
