Lista alimentelor tolerate

Incepand cu faza de Croaziera se pot consuma cate doua tolerate/zi din acelasi aliment sau din doua diferite iar in Consolidare avem permise 3 tolerate/zi

Toleratele nu se consuma in caz de stagnare si nici in joia sfanta din Stabilizare, pot fi consumate atat in PP cat si in PL

Sant foarte importante, ne ajuta foarte mult cu ele se fac retete savuroase, nici nu simtim ca santem la dieta !

Este foarte important sa tinem cont de cantitatea maxima admisa la fiecare tolerat, odata ce depasim riscam stagnarea si chiar cresterea in greutate

Toleratele sant :

  • cacao cu 10-12% ………………………………………………………….1 lingurita/zi
  • amidon de porumb( Maizena ) ………………………………………………………1 lingura/zi ( 20grame )
  • arorut…………………………………………………………………………..1 lingura/zi (20 grame )
  • lapte praf degresat ………………………………………………………..3 linguri/zi , daca este peste 1%
  • iaurt cu fructe fara zahar…………………………………………………1 pahar 200gr/zi sau poti adauga in iaurt simplu cateva feliute de fructe ( o capsuna, o felie de mar )
  • lapte de soia………………………………………………………………….200ml/zi
  • sos de soia…………………………………………………………………….1 lingura/zi
  • seminte de susan, , mac, in …………………………………………… 1 lingura/zi
  • vin pentru gatit……………………………………………………………… 3 linguri/zi
  • faina de soia………………………………………………………………….1 lingura/zi
  • lapte de cocos ……………………………………………………………….100ml/zi
  • soia texturata………………………………………………………………….4 linguri/zi
  • ulei de cocos, rapita………………………………………………………..1 lingurita/zi
  • lapte de migdale, cocos……………………………………………………100ml/zi
  • ketchup fara zahar…………………………………………………………..1 lingurita/zi
  • gluten de grau ………………………………………………………………..4 linguri/saptamana
