  • 200gr branza degresata
  • 2 linguri gluten
  • 2 linguri drojdie inactiva
  • 1 lingurita faina de konjac
  • 1 lingurita sare

UMPLUTURA

un galbenus + putin lapte pentru uns

chimen de presarat deasupra

Toate ingredientele se amesteca, se face un aluat care se framanta, se rupe in mana, iar se aduna aluatul de cateva ori astfel se amesteca mult mai bine, aluatul devine maleabil

Se fac diverse forme, se umplu cu cascaval ras , se ung cu galbenusul  se presara cu chimen, se dau la copt la 150gr ( foc mic spre mare)
