  • Ingrediente :
  • 4 linguri tarate de ovaz
  • 1 lingura faina de konjac
  • 2 linguri tarate de grau
  • 2 linguri tarate de psyllium
  • 2 linguri drojdie inactiva
  • 1 plic drojdie uscata
  • 1 lingura gluten
  • putina sare
  • 200ml lapte caldut
Pentru uns
  • 1 galbenus
  • putina apa/lapte

 Din toate ingredientele se face un aluat la masina de paine doar framantare si dospire, (daca nu aveti masina de paine faceti manual) se imparte in bilute, le-am asezat apoi intr-o forma si din nou la dospit inca o ora
Se ung cu galbenus subtiat cu lapte/apa, se presara cu chimen si se dau la cuptorul preancalzit la 160 gr
