Covrigi cu faina de psyllium

4Ingrediente :

Pentru uns un galbenus  + putin lapte/apa

~ 50 gr cascaval dietetic 

seminte de mac – tolerat

  1. Se face aluatul din ingredientele de mai sus se formeaza covrigii
  2. Se ung cu galbenus, se presara mac si cascaval ras
  3. Ii coacem la 180 gr ( foc potrivit )pizap.com14363850891071

Sant moi, pufosi mi-a ramas unul si dupa 3 zile ( tinut in punga de plastic ) era la fel de bun
