Decor – optional  glazura fara zahar

  1. Cutia cu crema de cocos ( cocomas ) se pune in congelator pentru 25 min
  2. Pentru blat se amesteca toate ingredientele mai putin albusurile care se spumeaza si se adauga ulterior
  3. Compozitia se pune intr-o forma de guguluf sau obisnuita, se da la cuptorul preancins la 160 gr
  4. Cand se raceste se prepara glazura mixand cocomasul apoi adaugand laptele praf si indulcitorul rasnit
  5. Se toarna deasupra blatului iar deasupra glazura fara zahar daca optati pentru ea sau putin ness
